How do i check my warranty status?

You can check your warranty coverage by entering your serial number on the Warranty Lookup page. Registered users may also log in to view warranty details and registration status.
Do I need to register my product to receive the extended warranty?

Yes. For example, in terms of single-zone units, to qualify for the 12-Year Parts Limited Warranty, online registration must be completed within 60 days of installation.
