1. It may be caused by poor contact of the power plug: Please unplug or disconnect the air conditioning power plug for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Use the remote control to aim at the air conditioning and press the power button to observe if it can operate normally
2. It may be due to the low battery level of the remote control: it is recommended that you replace the battery as soon as possible or clean the rust on the positive and negative metal plates of the battery
3. It may be that the remote control distance is too far: the maximum distance for remote control models to transmit is up to 8 meters. If the distance is too far, the signal cannot be effectively received. It is recommended that you operate close to the air conditioner
4. If the problem is still not resolved, there may be a malfunction. We suggest that you schedule a repair service
